Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed during the next business day.
Shipping Carriers
We currently ship using USPS and other available carriers depending on package size, weight, and destination.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided during checkout.
Shipping Delays
Please note that shipping times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Coeur d’Alene Custom Tackle is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping issues when possible.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Remote Areas
Additional shipping charges may apply for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or remote locations.
